ALL SALES ARE FINAL.                                               

EXCEPTION: If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please email us at kayla@thatboxco.com.au and we will be happy to replace the damaged item for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address - we are not responsible to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address. 

Once we ship a package, if the tracking information says it has been delivered, we unfortunately are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. Please reach out to us though and we can try and help with the claims process with the shipping carrier.
